GREEN PICTURE WITH RETRACE LINES?BASIC SOLUTION WITH PICTURES!!!

Most of the CRT tv's encounter this problem and this tutorial will show you on how to solve this problem. But before doing this perform checking your safety:

First make sure that you unplug the TV before doing this. Properly place it to avoid falling the appliances and create more damage. Keep away from children and anything that can cause treat of life. Remember, electric shock can hurt you badly or even worst cost life. Here we go: Uncover the TV and locate the CRT circuit.

Check if there is cold solder by looking at the soldered parts. In my case, a lot of cold solder so i have to fix it first by soldering it.

Basically, this is the very reason why CRT tv's having this problem. Make sure that these Resistors and Transistors are soldered properly.

After soldering it, try to power up to know if the problem was fix. If it was fix, then congratulations but if not, just replace the three transistor and three resistor shown in the picture. These parts are not costly so better replace it. If the problem still exist, then it's time to bring your TV to the nearest shop for further testing.
